Enviro Pro developed and applied environmental evaluation criteria for proposed irrigation schemes, prepared Initial Environmental Examination Reports according to Asian Development Bank's (ADB) environmental safeguard policies for sub-projects. This project also involved providing the framework process for environmental and spatial assessment along the west coast of Aceh Province. Finally, Enviro Pro also assisted with the GIS development for project's environmental screening database, showing environmentally sensitive areas.

Enviro Pro prepared an initial environmental examination (IEE) or environmental impact assessment (EIA) and a summary IEE or summary EIA for the whole project, in accordance with applicable national standards and in line with ADB requirements. Also, Enviro Pro synchronized environmental assessment requirements between GoI and ADB.
2002 Ecotourism Feasibility Study for The Nature Conservancy in Berau Regency, East Kalimantan, Indonesia
In this project, Enviro Pro was involved in the following:
- Following regional autonomy, a stakeholder analysis of the regional government, local communities and the private sector was conducted,
- Natural resources planning and management practices were analyzed for the Regency,
- An evaluation of TNC’s conservation and natural resources policies, programs and projects for Berau was conducted,
- Conducted stakeholder meetings which were used to determine the willingness and readiness for ecotourism development,
- A capacity building strategy for ecotourism development for local communities was proposed,
- An Ecotourism Feasibility Report for Berau Regency was documented,
- The opportunities and benefits of integrating ecotourism into TNC’s framework of conservation and sustainable development policies and programs were discussed.
