Enviro Pro conducted a Climate Change Adaptation Study and coordinated the vulnerability to climate change for road links in Solomon Islands' Guadacanal Province.

The study included the

 

• Implementation of the draft strategy for vulnerability, impact and adaptation assessment as prepared by ADB,

• Identification of climate parameters of concern in coastal areas,

• Collection of data relevant to climate change predictions of Solomon Islands,

• Verification of outputs from the impact assessment,

• Conducting of field level consultations on existing climate changes and collect recommend adaptation options to be further assessed,

• Estimating of the life-cycle project costs and benefits of climate change risk management measures, and adaptive practices, among others.
